Practical details before you reserve the date.
Is a deposit required to reserve the date?+
Yes. Your date is reserved after the agreed booking deposit is received. The exact amount, payment schedule and balance due date will be clearly stated in your quotation and photography agreement.
Will I receive the RAW photo files?+
RAW and unprocessed files are not normally delivered. Your final gallery contains a carefully selected set of individually edited, high-resolution JPEG photographs. If your production team has a specific file requirement, please discuss it with us before booking.
When will the edited photographs be delivered?+
Your delivery timeline will be confirmed in the proposal because it depends on the assignment length and number of images. Completed photographs are supplied through a private online gallery for easy viewing and download.
What happens if I cancel the booking?+
Cancellation terms are set out in the written photography agreement. Any charge depends on when you cancel and whether planning, travel or other costs have already been committed. Contact us as early as possible so we can explain the options clearly.
Can I reschedule my event or session?+
We will try to move your booking to a new date, subject to photographer availability. Please contact us as soon as plans change. Additional travel, venue or supplier costs may apply if they cannot be transferred.
Do you provide video services?+
Video coverage is available on request through our videography team and is quoted separately according to the schedule, crew size and final films required. Tell us what you need when requesting your package rate.
What if the photographer becomes injured or ill?+
We will inform you promptly and first try to provide an experienced replacement from our team or trusted professional network. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, the remedy will follow the terms in your photography agreement.
Can coverage be extended on the day?+
Often, yes, if the photographer has no following commitment. Extra time is charged at the rate stated in your agreement, and we will confirm the extension with you before continuing.
